Holiday Home
The house is located on the 4th and last floor of the building. It is a beautiful duplex and it is made up of two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor we can find the living room with kitchenette and a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a LED TV. It has a 10 m2 terrace with amazing views of Mount Teide and side views of the sea. It also has a spacious bathroom with a window. On the upper floor we can find the bedroom with two 90x190 beds for use together or separately. From the bedroom, you can directly access the main bathroom with a window and a big shower.
The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need. The house has bedding, towels and table linen for all occupants and several other services:
The prices, including IGIC (VAT), are for the apartment and for the stay of two people, and are calculated by the number of overnight stays, with availability to enter from 12 noon on the day of arrival, with the obligation to leave the apartment free at 11 am on the day of departure, although it is possible to request an extension and, if the apartment is available, it will be granted without surcharges. The holiday home will be delivered clean and extra cleaning services are not included in the price during the stay.
