Holiday Home
The house is located on the 4th and last floor of the building. It is a duplex and it is made up of two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor we can find the living room with kitchenette, living area with TV and direct access to the terrace of about 10 m2 with views of Mount Teide and side view of the sea. On the upper floor we can find the bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed. From the bedroom, on one side, you can directly access the spacious bathroom with a window and shower, and on the other side, a second terrace with a nice view.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the apartment has bedding, towels and table linens for all occupants, a LED television and several other services:
The prices, including IGIC (VAT), are for the apartment and for the stay of two people, and are calculated by the number of overnight stays, with availability to enter from 12 noon on the day of arrival, with the obligation to leave the apartment free at 11 am on the day of departure, although it is possible to request an extension and, if the apartment is available, it will be granted without surcharges. The holiday home will be delivered clean and extra cleaning services are not included in the price during the stay.
