Holiday Home
The apartment is located in the central part of the building, on the 3rd floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a cosy living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a LED TV. It has a very bright room with a 180x200 double bed. Both open onto the 24 m2 terrace with beautiful views of the pools and the sea. The spacious bathroom has a window and a big shower.
The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need. The house has bedding, towels and table linen for all occupants and several other services:
The prices, including IGIC (VAT), are for the apartment and for the stay of two people, and are calculated by the number of overnight stays, with availability to enter from 12 noon on the day of arrival, with the obligation to leave the apartment free at 11 am on the day of departure, although it is possible to request an extension and, if the apartment is available, it will be granted without surcharges. The holiday home will be delivered clean and extra cleaning services are not included in the price during the stay.
